Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the pool to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment. There is no lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any accidents, pool-related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the pool area. DRUGS: We maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated. SMOKING To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time. We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all. We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping Villa Avocado a healthy and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Our guests have private access to the entire house and beautiful pool deck. Please note that access to the fourth bedroom is at the side of the house through a separate entrance. This king suite even has a kitchen and private ensuite!
